We use the PACE 20 minute workout programme as the foundation of our activities, delivered by fully trained and experienced fitness instructors. PACE can be adapted to any level of fitness, any age. This is backed up by fitness assessments, goal setting and mentoring to our members.
Our circuit training takes just under an hour to complete and is designed to build core strength and stamina. It includes punch bag/Reebok step/cross training/floor work/light weights/back muscle massage/simple yoga positions.
