What is PACE?

PACE stands for Progressively Accelerating Cardiopulmonary Exertion, it is a 20 minute workout that can be adapted to any level of fitness, any age.

The PACE programme uses a short workout of increasing intensity – proven to be just as beneficial as longer work-out regimes. We recommend working out 2-3 times a week on an ongoing basis, although you will feel the benefits of PACE as more energy and better mobility almost straight away.
